I. E2E INITIATIVES FOR SCHOOLS

E2E (Education to Employment) For Schools are a series of initiatives designed to help young people achieve their career aspirations and skills required for making informed career decisions. Our initiatives are free for our school partners.

There are three backbones of our E2E For Schools initiatives:

  1. LiveStream Tour

  2. Workplace Tour

  3. CareerMentoring

  1. MeQuest

  2. CareerRoadmap Lab (VR)

  3. GearUP For Employment Certificate

  1. Job Shadowing

  2. JobBoard (including apprenticeships)

  3. WorkExperience

II. E2E STEAMM PILOT

STEAMM - Science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics and manufacturing.

Alongside schooling, E2E STEMM Pilot is a cohesive STEAMM-competent workforce development extra-curriculum programme.

It shifts from being “an ambulance at the bottom of the cliff to rescue the fallen” to “building a strong fence around the edge of the cliff to prevent people from falling”.

It systemically fosters a strong bond and prepares future-proved STEAMM-competent individuals to join the workforce of their Employer Sponsors.

Through its consistent wide circle of positive influence, by putting tauira in the Zone of Proximal Development at the critical cognitive age of eight years, five years (Year 9-13) in school and three years in tertiary education, we help young people to develop an intrinsic rewarding attitude and practices for obtaining knowledge, valuable skills and career perspectives required to achieve their goals for themselves, their whanau and their communities.

Our youth-friendly employer sponsors are the leading companies in their industry who are passionate about helping prepare our youth for future work and life in the STEAMM-related fields.

The E2E STEAMM Pilot will be sponsored by employers, charitable organisations and other stakeholders, and will be free for eligible participants.
